Core Function Implementation

Note Creation and Editing: When you use handwriting input, intelligent recognition, or multi-format export functions, you must grant local storage permissions to read/save files.

Multimedia Insertion: If you use image or audio embedding functions, the app will request camera (iOS) and microphone permissions. Refusing authorization will impact the use of related functions.

Improving Product Experience

We analyze product usage through de-identified device information (e.g., system version, operation logs) to optimize function design.

Statutory Exemption Circumstances According to laws and regulations, the following situations do not require your authorization:

Matters involving national security, public safety, or judicial investigations;

Protecting the life or property safety of users or others when it is difficult to obtain consent;

Information obtained from lawful public channels (such as news reports).

V. Your Rights to Manage Personal Information

Revoking Authorization

You can revoke permissions such as album or microphone access via device system settings. The relevant functions will become unavailable after revocation.

Data Operation Scope
Only browsing and viewing are allowed: We promise to access data only with lawful authorization, and operations are strictly limited to:

Previewing file content (such as documents, images, videos, etc.)

Viewing file properties (such as size, format, modification time) Prohibited operations:

Modifying, deleting, moving, or renaming files;

Downloading files to local devices without user authorization;

Crawling data through unofficial APIs

VII. Google Drive Data Collection and Use
This application obtains your authorization via the Google OAuth 2.0 protocol and only accesses the following Google user data:

Reads the content of files you explicitly authorize in your Google Drive (only the files you select)

The above data will be used for the following purposes:

Generating structured notes based on your selected cloud files

Processing file content on your local device or at a storage location you specify

Maintaining basic service functions through your authorization

1.Data Storage and Retention

We do not store any Google user data on our own servers or databases.

The data processing occurs only in your device memory and is temporarily cached, and will be automatically cleared after the service ends.

All generated note data is stored by default on your designated local device or managed cloud storage.

2.Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share, sell, or trade your Google account information or file content with any third party.

Data may only be disclosed to regulatory authorities as required by law and upon receipt of valid judicial documents.

3.User Data Control

You can revoke this app’s access authorization at any time through your Google account permission settings.

All generated note data is fully managed by you and can be permanently deleted through the app’s functions.

4.Security Measures

All API requests are transmitted using HTTPS encryption.

We comply with Google API Services User Data Policy requirements.

We adhere to the principle of minimum necessary permissions (only requesting drive.readonly permission).

5.AI/ML Use Restrictions We strictly commit that any data obtained via Google Workspace APIs:

Will not be used to develop general-purpose artificial intelligence (AI) systems.

Will not be used to improve or train machine learning (ML) models.

Will not be processed for any purpose beyond the specific functionality (note generation) described in this policy.

All data processing is transient, temporary, and strictly isolated to individual user sessions.

 

VIII. Legal Application
This policy is governed by the laws of Mainland China.

IX. Policy Updates and Notifications

Major changes will be notified through prominent methods such as in-app pop-ups and official website announcements.

Continuing to use the service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
